Crema's Take
“This cozy Troy spot excels at creating the kind of welcoming environment where you'll actually want to linger over your cup, with a thoughtful menu of traditional coffee drinks paired with satisfying light bites that keep people coming back. The warm ambiance makes it a natural gathering place for friends and study sessions, though service can move at a relaxed pace—perfect if you're settling in for a while rather than rushing out.”

Very good food. Satifying. Ambiance is very nice too.
I do not understand why someone gave this a five star rating. Everything that is sold is terrible and I have been at HVCC since it opened. The lines take forever. There is no sense of sanitation anywhere. Everything is so expensive. Most of the staff act as if they are robots who do not express emotion. They do not care about the customer at all. It is in a library and yet they make so much noise and interrupt everyone almost every second of the day. Their cash register is held together by duct tape. It feels like an insult to me that HVCC would allow this to go on. Compass Group is a real shame.
Great food and coffee
