The Arlington Coffee Shop

The staff member working was rude and bizarre.

The drink was actually really good, but the staff were very unpleasant. I walked up to the counter and I was mid sentence - “Do y’all have egg bite-….” When the man rudely interrupted me and said “Menu is over there.” He sounded angry. Then when I saw the menu, I ordered my drink and I asked for cold foam, and all the man told me was that they don’t have any. Once again, he sounded like angry or bothered like we were all burdening him… um… make some? I am not usually a complainer, but come on 😂 like if there’s none left, make some. Then they were loudly talking about how many tips they got. Idk.. their whole vibe was weird and unpleasant. Mainly the guy making the drink was unpleasant - not because I was told “no” on the cold foam but because of the way he said it, as well as the way he interrupted me mid sentence. He must’ve been having a bad day or something. I rate them 3 stars because while the drink was good, the customer service needs work. It’s not hard to be kind.

My wife, son, and I can hear for a quick stop before our drive back home and the owner sampled us some of their in house brew. All I can say is WOW!! This coffee is amazing and their food is great! We got the bacon and sausage egg & cheese croissant as well as their cinnamon roll. This place is soo good and if you are visiting hot springs, definitely give this place a try. You won’t regret it!

Stood in line this morning for 15 minutes while one girl meagerly attended to the customers before leaving for another coffee shop. Went back later in the day and couldn’t get a frappachino and settled for a medium coffee drink because they had no large cups…

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the staff at the hotel! Especially SAMMY JOE AT THE FROTN DESK! Big smiles and welcoming hand shakes. The place definitely has a vintage vibe and the rooms are comfortable. Can
