Prismatic Coffee

I love Prismatic! Their coffee is great and they have some really fun and creative drinks specials. Their food is so good - I love their vegan breakfast Sammie - and they have great vegetarian and vegan options. All the staff are so sweet, and the environment is great. If you haven't been, you should definitely try it out!

We really enjoyed our visit here. The employees were friendly and you could tell it was very intentional in the way they made the coffee. I will definitely be returning here. The coffee was excellent!

Atmosphere was chill! They keep the lights kinda low, so it feels comfy in the morning when it's still early. We were there at 7am. Music is indie/alternative/whatever the barista is vibing with. Service was good! The barista was friendly, offered advice. They have really unique drinks created by the baristas and the barista on shift said if we didn't like what we ordered, they'd happily make us something else for no charge. Cool to have the freedom to branch out with no risks! Today we got a Caramel Cinnamon Latte, an Iced Mocha with Almond Milk, and their berry compote GF Waffles. Delish!

Prismatic made me seriously consider moving to the US. If I could get a house within walking distance I would consider it. I want to come here everyday, not just when visiting Salem. I want to work here, to be a part owner, to sweep the floors or package their coffee, or do anything to make my life correspond in some way with this beautiful, cavernous space that is somehow both muse and reward. This is what the world needs to heal: beauty, truth, excellence, creativity, kindness, and good coffee and food. Stop by and get some inspiration and good coffee; become a regular and become a better person.

All sorts of specialty coffee drinks, including my beloved and sometimes forgotten flat white! The location is absolutely beautiful, the place is pretty and clearly built and decorates with care, and the staff nice and attentive. What else do you need?
