Flavor Spot

Met someone else there for a networking meet-and-greet under the guise of a local, non-corporate, sit-down cafe-type place on the north side of Salem.. Turned out to be one of the absolutely most over-stimulating establishments I've ever been to. Each room had a different "scent" profile going on and would be a big concern for anyone susceptible to migraines or asthma. The seating options included an odd mix of outdoor patio furniture and trendy Pinterest decor. There was no one theme or color palette and felt more like a craft store. The menu was challenging to read and follow with different options on the back wall behind the counter, laminated for guests to read, and a specials board located in a third spot. Settled for an iced tea knowing it would be the least-sweet thing on the menu. Might be a fine spot for a Mimi's "date" with the grandkids or a high school study session

Florfe Cafe is straight out of a romance novel, full of elegance and beauty. Their menu offers a unique variety of intentionally well designed drinks, pastries, and food items. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Stop in and enjoy being enchanted while you wait for your delightful order, or choose to stay and enjoy the warm, cozy ambiance.

Great experience here! We were walking with our dog and decided to give it a try, the inside is beautiful with great decoration for a quick treat or sit down area to hang out with friends, the bathrooms are themed as well so very creative atmosphere. We met the owners and very nice people that gave us a background of how the business started and is expanding. The drink was really delicious we learned the syrups are home made with the coffee being local, the treat in the pup cup is home made locally. They also offer online ordering for advanced ordering, great place to visit!

Cozy, Welcoming, & Delicious!! We tried their Nostalgic Seasonal drinks, an extra yummy Sandwich, and an innovative crispy “Tamalini” (Tamale x Panini). Everything at Florfe was made with Love from the attention to detail in Decor, to their fun tasty food, and mostly amazingly - their local resourced Coffee!! We will be back!!

It's nice to see a beautifully decorated cafe in Salem! The vibe of the cafe is very nice with all the greenery and florals and it perfect to sit and enjoy a nice drink. The espresso drinks were good tasting and baristas attentive. I asked for a half sweet pumpkin seasonal latte and it was perfect to my taste - not too sweet and not bitter. We also ordered a cortado and it was made correctly in the right size espresso mug with correct proportion. I recommend for coffee lovers to check out this new chic spot and I will be back!
