Roadrunner Coffee

The location is amazing the staff is amazing but I am so sorry to say that the coffee is not good at all. I've tried many options. Hot coffee, Iced coffee, extra shots of espresso, drip black coffee, different milks and flavors and just cant find the coffees flavor. The iced coffees are always super white with no coffee flavor its literally just milk or creamer with flavoring and ice. The hot coffees taste like just hot water. I'm wondering if maybe the espresso machines or coffee machines need to be deep cleaned or have maintenance done on them?? I really want to love this place

Great walk up coffee shop. Ordered Jack-o’-lantern cold coffee. It’s was light on coffee but great on sweetness. Ask for extra shot of expresso gave it to me for free.

I just adore the staff here on Congress who feed me a bagel at least three mornings a week. They are so friendly and kind, and the bagel is always amazing. Very happy with the iced coffee, as well. Glad this location opened. :)

Today they get a 1 star, because the avocado toast is ridiculously overpriced and not packaged appropriately!!! I'll admit I got what was noted on the menu, but it cost $5.50 ($6 after tax) and pictured is what I got! Actually that might be wrong - I think the menu said bread was multigrain but I got sourdough. The avocado must be a spread out of jar and not even fresh avocado. The amount of avocado wasn't much and was all over inside of bag before I even opened it (some even before it was handed to me). I have liked some of their drinks and their plain bagel w/cream cheese and bagel dog (food also both overpriced for what you get), and have not liked their breakfast sandwich with the turkey sausage. I have seen no rewards from them so far either for the purchases I've made. They are probably losing my business after today.

Great customer service, been awhile since I've seen such nice smiles and great customer service is very rare it seems these days, it made me come back the next day instead of trying another place just for fun. I got iced latte with hazelnut and it was good but the jalapeno Bagel was amazeballs! Very fresh and flakey. Had a lot of cream cheese which I so appreciated! Go here! 😊
