Loved finding this place! The guy was super helpful and gave all the info I could possibly want about their setup. I appreciate that their energy drinks have caffeine options (40-235mg) for each drink, it’s so helpful to have that control. All the protein and low-sugar options make me feel great about choosing anything from the menu. My green smoothie bowl was delicious! The vanilla protein added a nice flavor layer in addition to the fruit and toppings.

I love coming to twisted nutrition after my workout. My favorite go to are the shakes and the açaí bowls but there’s so many options to choose from. They always have new daily deals. The employees are all super nice and professional. It’s also super affordable and always delicious.

First time coming to this place and I love it! Will definitely be one a regular. It was reasonably priced, great macros, lots of protein and two different types of protein options (vegan and animal based). There’s something for everyone! Tropical smoothie bowl is my fav.

I didn't know what to expect when choosing this establishment. When I walked in I thought the tea and smoothie options were unique but not what I was really expecting. Now usually smoothie bowls are limited in what kinds you can get but this establishment had a blend that I never tried before. It was a banana and coconut and honestly It was delicious. It tastes like dessert and we were pleasantly surprised. The guy working yesterday afternoon was very kind and hospitable and the place was very quaint and clean. If you are looking for some unique and healthy options for smoothies,teas or smoothie bowls give them a peek. The presentation and flavor was amazing and the portion was so big, I couldn't even finish it.
