What a treat to discover this gem of a place! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming and energetic, and you’re immediately greeted with a smile. Henry took amazing care of us and truly made the experience special. His service was attentive, friendly, and genuine. He’s an absolute doll and a big reason we’ll be back. We tried the flight of fluffy juice (yes, fluffy!) and it’s a must-try. So unique and delicious. The pancakes were perfectly light and fluffy, and the cast iron baked chorizo eggs were incredible. 😋 Also, whoever curates the playlist deserves a shoutout! It was so good and really added to the overall atmosphere. Great food, exceptional service, and a fun vibe. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Brunch at Citizens Eatery was a whole vibe. We got there and it filled up fast, like blink and it’s packed. We grabbed seats at the bar which ended up being the move. Watching the bartenders shake up drinks was low key entertainment the whole time. We ordered the blueberry pancakes, a nitro coffee drink, the salmon and cakes, and a basic breakfast. The pancakes were thick and fluffy with this loaded blueberry topping that did not hold back. Sweet but not too sweet, especially with that butter melting into everything. The nitro coffee was smooth and strong in the best way. Perfect brunch energy boost. The salmon and cakes plate felt a little more elevated. Super fresh salmon, crispy edges on the cakes, and everything worked together. The basic breakfast kept it classic and solid. Eggs cooked right, no complaints, just dependable and good. Service kept up even once it got busy, and the bar seating made it feel fun instead of chaotic. Great food, cool atmosphere, and definitely a spot I’d hit again for brunch.

Citizens All Day is an awesome retro-vibe restaurant that serves amazing brunch! Came here with my friend on a Saturday morning and waited approximately 45 minutes before being seated. The restaurant definitely is a vibe, and the wait can be long. But the food/experience is worth it! My friend and I got the Big Brekkie, Vege Breakfast Burrito, Fluffy Pancakes, Churro French Toast, Black Coffee, and Nitro Nutella Hazelnut Latte. All delicious items! Citizens is known for their Fluffy Pancakes but I personally enjoyed the Churro French Toast more (I have a soft spot for French Toast). The staff here provide amazing service and are so friendly. Definitely love the vibes here. Wait times can be long but definitely recommend for fellow brunch lovers!

When I tell you I just experienced the absolute BEST food and customer service that I've EVER had in Austin!!!! You have got to check out this place. Christopher's customer service is beyond measurable. This was my first time visiting. His menu suggestions were in point. The best pancakes and eggs around. Food was fresh and hot. You can tell the chef takes pride in what is being delivered. I will definitely be a regular customer!
