DO NOT GO HERE: I visited BluCafe in Cincinnati 10/06/25. The entry price was $10 each for the Fireboy concert after party, I paid for 2, but was charged $208.08, this is after me and my friend requested for the mistake to be fixed twice, he apologized, turned the scanner around & then I tapped my card, I then asked for a receipt, but was denied. By the time we found a place to sit, I get a notification from my banking app stating I was overcharged, I decided this would be an easy fix when I called my bank the following Monday, but that has not been the case. We got some water and calmly left the venue due to the incompetent DJ and just the worst vibes. They have blocked my phone number and socials, including the DJ that night. If you happened to be there that night and was charged correctly/dealing with the same thing please leave a comment to help my case.
Took forever for them to bring my food my mac n cheese tasted like sea food is dont know how they accomplished that but it was not good
