Crema's Take

Nestled in a creative hybrid space that blends coffee, art supplies, and active studio culture, this spot offers a genuinely unique atmosphere where you can sip your coffee while watching artists work at their easels. The coffee itself is approachable and reliable rather than cutting-edge, but what keeps people returning is the one-of-a-kind vibe—part café, part gallery, part art supply haven—making it perfect for lingering, meeting friends, or getting inspired by the creative energy around you. It's the kind of place where the experience and community matter more than chasing the perfect extraction, and that authenticity is exactly what makes it special.

Cool spot but unfortunately the coffee was not the best. Couldn't hardly taste it. I think they just need richer beans.

This place is a great artistry and coffee shop. The atmosphere is incredible. There are paintings being produced on their easels. And there is so much more to see.

Powell, Wyoming is not where I was expecting to find an excellent art supply store. But I was wrong. High quality art supplies and framing materials, and an owner, Erin, who went out of her way to be helpful to an itinerant artist, far from home. Wow, wow, wow.

Had our Chamber Board retreat and meeting here. It was great. The "fun time" portion included musical chairs painting. It was a blast and great bonding time. Highly recommend Gestalt Studios.

O really like Gestalt Studios. I keep going back. The coffee is not as good as some, but better than most. The pastry selection is meager and ordinary. But the atmosphere is second to none. Nestled between an active at studio and an art supply store, the coffee shop is full of atmosphere. Sidle up to the (coffee) bar, put your foot on the brass rail, and order your favorite drink. It is an experience to remember.
