Crema's Take

This Sacramento institution is a genuine neighborhood dive that's been serving up classic comfort food and generous breakfasts for over three decades, with a menu that reaches beyond typical diner fare into unexpectedly creative territory. The staff radiates authentic warmth and friendliness, and locals clearly know what they're doing by rotating through regularly for the exceptional breakfast specials and made-to-order omelets at prices that feel almost too good to be true. It's the kind of place where you walk in as a curious passerby and leave feeling like you've discovered something real—unpretentious, unpretentious, and genuinely loved by the community that keeps it thriving.

It is what it is and its five stars for being it. This is a mkm and pop dinner with cheap comfort food. Get the breakfast special for 11.99 and enjoy. The pancakes were great .

I always drive pass this place as I live in the area. Today I wanted some breakfast foods so I decided to stop and try it out. The Lady working the dining room and register is super nice and friendly. The spot is small and gives off a feels like home vibe. You can tell that most of the people that come are somewhat regulars. Service is amazing and the food that I ordered came out perfect. The breakfast special (2 Pancakes, 2 Sausage, 2 Bacon, 2 Egg, Hashbrowns) for 11.99 is amazing value. I will be returning in the future, kicking myself for not coming to try it sooner.

Very nice hidden gem. Small restaurant but a decent sized menu full of variety. Mostly breakfast and lunch items. Prices are very reasonable. I had the omelet, not traditionally made but still very good. Restaurant was packed and more people were coming. Might be best to just order to go. Would love to go back and try the burger.

This eatery is definitely a greasy spoon/dive type of a restaurant that has been in the same location for 30+years. The locals were a steady stream of customers the entire time my hubby and I were there! He frequents this place quite often when he is in the area and seeking cheap eats as this place offers large portions for breakfast at low prices. One can get their breakfast special of two eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 link sausages, hash browns and 2 fluffy pancakes for less than 8 dollars. What a bargain, right? I ordered the all meats omelet which included bacon link sausages ham red onion bell peppers and tomatos. I wouldn't exactly call it an omelet, as it was more like overcooked eggs over a lot of overcooked and greasy meats and veggies, however, there was plenty of each. You have probably heard the mantra, you get what you pay for? Here, you will certainly get a huge portion of food for cheap. Enjoy!
