Building Three Coffee

My new favorite place for some of the best pastries and coffee. The staff is always so friendly and its a fun place to socialize...you can even bring your dog. Sitting inside or outside of this historical elementary school is a lot of fun. I've told several of my family friends and neighbors about this place already.

The best cappuccino ever, I love with coconut milk. This is the only place make my cappuccino with coconut milk perfectly smooth and taste so good. I love the coffee here.

God I loved everything about this place but their coffee and food! The service was so amazing, when slow and busy! The atmosphere is nice! But the food tasted undercooked and the coffee flavors were too sweet even with half the pumps! Drip coffee was really good though!

Really cool space with tons of seating and good coffee. Sat and worked there for hours. Easy atmosphere and great staff.

District III hits the trifecta of ratings. Food and the coffee are superb with a wide variety of food and drinks, service is friendly and prompt and the atmosphere is terrific. No matter the weather outside, it’s warm and friendly inside District III. I happened to find myself here while I was waiting for a family friend having lengthy tests at Penrose. I had not been nor heard of this coffee shop before, but spied a walk away coffee cup across the parking lot and decided to try. I am primarily a French Roast, black guy. The bold coffee was very good and suited my taste just fine. Stop in there’s plenty of room and quite a people and pet friendly environment!
