Crema's Take
“Casita Coffee is a Latino-owned gem in Gilbert that's earned its stellar reputation through genuinely warm hospitality and creative drinks that go beyond the typical coffee shop fare—their matcha is considered the best in Arizona, and their signature Spanish lattes and seasonal specialties keep locals coming back. The cozy space strikes that perfect balance between being a serious coffee destination and an inviting spot to linger with friends, all while backing up the welcoming vibe with thoughtfully made pastries like their sourdough Conchas that pair beautifully with whatever you're sipping.”

Friendly service? Check. Cozy location? Check. Phenomenal coffee, with great seasonal drinks and unique pastries? Check. Best matcha in the whole of Arizona? Heck ya! This is my wife’s favorite coffee shop, and honestly, it is up there for me too. Truly a joy every time we swing by.
First time at Casita Coffee and I loved it! 🤎 This Latino-owned spot is such a gem. The owners were super friendly and genuinely sweet. I ordered the Spanish latte and a sourdough Conchita—both were amazing! I’m so happy we have a Latino-owned small business coffee shop here in Gilbert. I’ll definitely be back! ✨
I stopped in randomly for a Friday morning treat after dropping my little one off for school. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet and helpful in sharing with me all the options I had after telling her I wanted matcha. To be clear there are lots of options, especially seasonal ones. I feel like everyone has the basic vanilla, lavender, blueberry, strawberry so it was really cool to see things like apple butter and peach cobbler. This why I support local > chains all day! I ended up going with the peach cobbler matcha and it was so good, just the right amount of sweetness and flavor but not overpowering. I also got a berry danish because it’s Friday lol. Love the interior design as well. I’ll definitely be back!
Had the hot horchata latte and a pumpkin donut! It was delicious and flavorful! The coffee was perfect temperature and perfect amount of cinnamon! The donut was great too,not too overly flavored. Can’t wait to come back and try other menu options!
I've been wanting to try this place out for a while now. I finally made it down I was glad I did. We were warmly greeted as soon as we opened the door. Because it was our first time it took us a minute to decide on what we were having. The barista was very patient. I decided to try the Mexican mocha and the pumpkin donut. Both were heavenly. The coffee was smooth like velvet and full of flavor. The pumpkin donut had just the right amount of sweetness to compliment the coffee. This hidden gem did not disappoint and is a must try!
