This is a must stop coffee shop in the city. We went with their “coffee tour” and it did not disappoint. Our barista Jordan was amazing. He took the time to explain the creative process behind each drink. Every drink is hand crafted with unique ingredients and curated with so much intension.
Try the Ramen Latte. The depth of flavor is remarkable…..rich, savory, and layered with umami notes that genuinely evoke a broth like complexity while still maintaining the structure of a coffee drink !!! It’s unexpectedly balanced and highly original. I wouldn’t have imagined coffee could be reinterpreted in this way.
Like an excellent cocktail but even better because it's coffee. Plenty of seating inside. I fully intend to come back and try everything on the menu!
Absolutely amazing! The flavors were out of this world, pairing coffee with such unique combinations was such a unique experience. 1000/10 experience. This is definitely a craft that takes a special person to carry out and it is evident that there is passion and thought behind every drink combo they make!
