Crema's Take

Nestled in Telluride, this cozy cafe excels at the fundamentals: freshly baked pastries and thoughtfully crafted sandwiches on house-made breads that keep locals and visitors coming back. The kitchen takes care with details—whether it's a jalapeno cheddar bagel, an egg croissant sandwich, or a vanilla latte that hits the sweetness just right—making it feel less like a tourist stop and more like a genuine gathering place where families linger over generous portions and quality coffee.

Made to order warm club sandwich on fresh baguette. Pumpkin bar and mixed berry bar. Large portions. *Pictured: half of each, sandwich and berry bar.

Super cute little coffee and breakfast place. We got a croissant breakfast sandwich, two pastries, two coffees, and a slice of quiche. Everything was absolutely delicious. By far one of the best croissants I've had in awhile. They were so light and fluffy. My lavender latte was excellent. Not too sweet and the lavender flavor still shone through nicely. There was a huge line in front of us, but the service was still quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. Bagels and croissants are good. We enjoyed our drinks as well, my London fog wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad. I took a star off because I think the prices are a bit high for what you get. Charging an extra $1.50 for milk alternatives is insane. Cafes typically charge an extra 50 or 75 cents for milk alternatives. It’s an adorable place with great atmosphere and customer service.

Freshly baked pastries! The jalapeno cheddar bagel was tender, crisp and not overpowering the flavors of the sandwich. The egg croissant sandwich with ham and cheddar was also amazing. The iced caramel latte was worth the wait in line. This was my favorite coffee in town! We enjoyed everything at the Centennial park next door

Coffee was delicious. My husband said the plain black coffee was great, and my vanilla latte was not overly sweet (as some places tend to make them.) Staff was friendly, and our food was delicious as well. We had practically no wait, and the prices seemed very reasonable.
