Pascal Patisserie & Cafe
21040 A Victory Blvd, Malibu, CA
Crema's Take
“This Malibu patisserie strikes that sweet spot where pastry-forward charm meets genuinely welcoming service, with reviewers consistently raving about the hospitality and the impressive glass cases of treats that make it hard to choose just one. The espresso drinks hold their own alongside the star pastries—think pistachio and hazelnut lattes that pair perfectly with those carefully crafted French-inspired goodies—making it a destination worth the slightly elevated prices for both coffee lovers and pastry enthusiasts passing through the California coast.”

We were passing by and saw "Pastries" and decided to check it out. Many great looking desserts and goodies on the walls and glass area. Definitely a must to try. Now plenty of signs outside to direct you to the main entrance. However once inside, it's confusing. Take a ticket, stand here at the glass area...? So I decided to stand in the line to the cash register. It was obvious folks were confused. Many employees on the other side, including a manager but my husband ended up directing folks. So you have to be sure to remember what you want once you get to the register. Customer Service needs polishing, like a smile and thanking you for your patronage, especially since this is pricey. Three small pastries for $20. Pastries - Dubai Chocolate Cake, eclaire, tart creme brulee. All good. We may return. Parking - not much for all the businesses.
First time here. I’m glad I went in. Hardly any line and they had a variety of selections to choose from. Their staff were very hospitable, welcoming and informative. Prices were a little bit high but reasonable considering there aren’t many places like this in the area. I’d definitely recommend stopping by.
Lovely place. Tons of pastry options and also serve coffee. The espresso was good and so was the pistachio pastry I got. This place is really hyped up so I think I was expecting a bit more. Above average for sure, and I might return for a pastry, but that's about it.
Came in on a Saturday morning, order the hazeltine latte it was pretty good and we had two sandwiches was not a fan of the breakfast bagel it felt more like a panini. The farmer breakfast had a very delicious bread and it was perfect.
What a great place! Amazing treats and drinks. My dad's car is being repaired by a shop close by so we stopped into this Cafe to get some refreshments while waiting. We got a vanilla latte iced and a London fog iced. Along with a hazelnut crunch to share. So good! Would be a great brunch spot or a place for a early date. It's almost noon and it's not busy at all. Check it out! The staff are so nice, they even cut some fresh fruit for my baby.
