B's Bagels & Butters

I have been to B’s Bagels many times. I have stood in line in the pouring rain, in the hot sun and even waited online only to find out they were sold out before I made it to the counter. I have never, nor will have ever complain about this place. They have always been upfront with their prices and keep the public informed of the amount of bagels left each day. I will always support local small businesses owners. The food is amazing. Sometimes there is a flavor that I am not fond of, but that is not B’s fault, rather my own tastebuds.I have always found the atmosphere to be pleasant even though it’s hectic and always busy. I want to thank this place for existing. You bring smiles to the faces of all of my family, and everyone I have gone out of my way to brag about you to. Thank you B’s for the amazing food over the last couple years. I will continue to proudly stand in line awaiting my next bagel fix! P.S. I miss the Big Jim!!!!

Love love love B’s Bagels! They have a variety of offerings, but their bagels are such high quality that they are delicious on their own! Yes the line gets long and the seating area is busy during peak hours because it’s THAT good! People that base their ratings on the crowd size is wild to me. The staff can’t control how many people show up at once. The staff is very efficient to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. I get my order to go and enjoy it at home.

If you’re looking for fresh bagels and great coffee in Gig Harbor, B’s Bagels & Butters is one of the best spots around. I’ve been here 20+ times, and the line out the door most mornings tells you everything. The bagels are always fresh, warm, and perfectly chewy, and the butters and spreads are incredible. Their sandwiches are excellent, and the lattes are consistently great too. I’m a local real estate agent here in Gig Harbor, and this is actually one of the places I regularly pick up bagels and coffee for my open houses. Every time I bring them, people ask where they’re from because they love them. At this point I’ve tried most of the menu, and the food and service have always been fantastic. I’m a big supporter of local small businesses in the Gig Harbor community, and B’s Bagels & Butters is exactly the kind of place that makes living here special. If you’re in Gig Harbor and want great bagels, amazing spreads, and a solid latte, this place is absolutely worth the stop.

Original review: The line out the door was misleading. The food was very overpriced, and the in-store prices did not match what was listed online. The breakfast sandwich was advertised as coming with scrambled eggs, but instead it had a very thick slab of egg whites with no flavor at all. I had to remove it just to somewhat enjoy the sandwich. The place was extremely crowded with nowhere to sit. We were really excited to try this spot, but left very disappointed and feeling like we wasted $40. Since the business claims pricing is listed correctly online, I want to clarify for future customers: breakfast sandwiches are advertised at $8.00 but an additional $2 per bagel is charged for sausage, bringing the total to $10.00 each. This upcharge is not clearly disclosed on the menu, where only vegan bacon is labeled as an extra. We ordered three bagels with egg, cheese, and meat, and each was $10.00. We were told the eggs were scrambled, which is not what was served. The eggs lacked flavor to the point that all of us removed them from our sandwiches. We spent $40 and left disappointed. More disappointing, however, was the dismissive response to valid customer feedback. A business’s response matters just as much as the food. Do better.

​B Bagels is the perfect spot for a morning treat in Gig Harbor. Their coffee is amazing—I had one of their specials, and my husband absolutely loved his Caramel Latte! I highly recommend the cheese and jalapeño bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese. The bagels are fresh, and the coffee is top-notch. It's a must-visit!
