Mood Coffee

Honestly, this is one of the best coffee shops in Houston. Mood Coffee is a family-owned business that makes everything in-house, so everything here tastes special, from the coffee to the desserts. They have nice patio furniture outside. I enjoy coming here on sunny days to drink real Turkish tea. It's definitely a five-star place. All of the food they serve here is Halal.

GOOD mood coffee is more like it!! I just discovered “Mood Coffee” over in the Sugarcreek shopping center and I LOVE IT!! The atmosphere is chill. The temperature is perfect and the staff is incredibly polite. And fast ! Note: the speakers are gently playing Wham!, like 1980s WHAM! - except they aren’t….lol, the caramel voiced creamer coming out of the speakers is not George Michael, but he is singing a medley of the top five random songs in a very relaxing kind of a jazzy lounge singer way. It’s perfectly relaxing. I don’t know what app or program they’re playing, but I love it. The food and the coffee are both amazing. Now let’s talk about the view! It’s a chilly January day outside, but the river is drifting by out the huge windows along the whole back of the coffee shop. I could sit and just watch the water go by. If you need to relax, this is your new coffee shop.If you need to have a meeting in a place that’s big enough to be able to talk, and the music is not so loud that you can’t, this is your new coffee shop. If you want to get away with the ladies and just have some girl chat time, this is your new coffee shop.

Such a nice coffee spot! The drinks were amazing, and everything tasted super fresh. The place has a really chill vibe, and the staff were so friendly. Perfect spot to hang out or grab a good cup of coffee. I’ll definitely be back! ☕️✨

Pistachio latte - 8/10 - Decent for a pistachio latte, nothing crazy Vanilla latte - 6.5/10 - Didnt really like the vanilla flavor Hazelnut latte - 7.5/10 - A little too sweet, okay for coffee ☕️ Dubai chocolate crepe - 9.5/10 - Loved this, not overly sweet, filling was a bit dry but perfect besides that Classic breakfast plate - 8.5/10 - The sausage was so flavorful and juicy, eggs🍳 were pretty good too Nutella waffle - 9/10 - Really yummy🧇 I was really excited about another halal brunch🥞 spot opening in town and finally got to try it. I liked their food items more than their coffee☕️ Its a great spot for casual breakfast/brunch. I would go back to try some of other menu items like their croissant🥐 sandwiches or pastries😋

Mood Coffee is truly something special. The moment you walk in, it feels like home — cozy, calm, and filled with good vibes. The coffee is amazing, and the soft music, simple decor, and beautiful view all come together to create the perfect start to the day. We had a light breakfast, and the food was simple but very delicious. What stood out just as much as the atmosphere was how polite and kind the staff were. Even the other customers there felt like a quiet, respectful crowd — it felt peaceful, like being in a relaxing living room. Drinking my coffee there truly made my morning — it felt like this is what a morning should be. Highly recommend this place if you want a calm, quality coffee experience.
