A new spot that serves up food and coffee! Get there early as they are closed by 2! A good local spot - especially for those in the building above it; providing quick coffee or a snack as you need. Friendly staff, lots of indoor and outdoor space, that’s shaded (during winter months) will have to check back where the sun is during summer months. Tried the chai. Oat milk. Hit. Decent. Provides the hit one would want for a chai. Will be back.
