Bikini Bar
148 Duane St, New York, NY
Crema's Take
“Bikini Bar is a beloved narrow dive with a dimly lit, intimate atmosphere where the real magic happens at the bar itself—thanks largely to the legendary bartender Philly, whose infectious New York energy and genuine warmth have guests returning night after night and even getting wedding invitations. They craft an impressive range of both traditional and creative specialty drinks at friendly prices, making it the kind of place where you walk in as a stranger and leave feeling like you've found your people.”

wow, what can I say!? One of the best bars in New York visiting from Nashville! Met Philly and within five minutes felt like I had known her forever and she’s already invited to my wedding so special. The best customer service I’ve ever had in a bar. 5 STARS 🩷
Stopped in for a drink after walking Brooklyn Bridge and I would recommend everyone else to do the same. Awesome atmosphere, the best bartender, Philly (she was a ball of New York energy 10/10). So much hospitality for 2 buds visiting from Arizona. Would recommend a million times over.
We’ve been in New York for 3 days and at the end of each day we come in and spend an hour with Philly. She’s brilliant and gets on with everyone. It may be classed as a dive bar in google but it’s authentic and I would definitely recommend a visit here
A dimly lit and narrow small bar, with mostly seating just at the bar, this is a great spot for a welcoming drink. The staff are friendly and fun with the range of drinks being extensive. The atmosphere is great and I’ll be popping in next time I’m in the area.
I usually don’t go to bars like this but my friend had me meet them there. The service girl was nice and speed. The prices were cheap and they even had signs for specials, so apparently the prices are even lower at times. Definitely a place my black girlies should check out despite the appearance.🫶🏽
