“This is a hotel café grab-and-go spot with a 3.3 rating based on only 22 reviews—too thin a dataset to trust much either way. The iced coffee and staff friendliness show up consistently in what little feedback exists, and it works fine if you're staying at the Sheraton and need a quick bite before heading out, but there's nothing here that would pull you in from elsewhere in Poipu. It's standard resort pricing for standard resort coffee.”

Lovely, friendly staff who are always efficient even though it gets super busy. Coffees are delicious. Food is fine if you need a bite on the go - reasonable for a resort’s quick-stop cafe.

Even though they are only 2 people working in the morning, they were efficient, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about the hotel programs and food recommendations. There is an out door seating next to a beautiful pond and you are surrounded by birds singing. Perfect morning. 🥰
