Crema's Take

Cozy Cup Bakery & Cafe is a Latin-owned neighborhood gem in Glastonbury where the cafe con leche hits just right and the sandwiches—featuring genuinely flavorful, quality meat—actually justify the hype people seem to give them. The staff creates such a genuinely warm, welcoming atmosphere that this place has quickly become a favorite for locals seeking both excellent coffee made to order and freshly baked pastries, making it feel less like a pit stop and more like a place you'd actually want to linger.

If you want to have a unique and cozy experience, you should definitely visit this place… Pleasant atmosphere and truly exceptional food. Hygiene, flavor, and good prices throughout. I will definitely be back soon… Anyone who says otherwise is mistaken.

I found this hidden gem on DoorDash. Immediately became my favorite bakery. Sandwich was soooo good and the pork was so flavorful and unlike other bakeries the meat did not have the weird taste of being reheated from the previous day which was refreshing. I also tried the pistachio cinnamon roll and it was so good I wanted to throw my glasses. I love this place so much

I had a wonderful experience at Cozy Cup and Bakery. The location is great, making it an easy and inviting stop. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Overall, Cozy Cup and Bakery is a place I’d happily return to and highly recommend.

I am a local Newington resident and was so happy to see a Latin Owned coffee shop opened up not too far from me. I stopped by on Friday and got my cafe con leche and bread with butter. It was so nostalgic for me growing up in Hartford and visiting the Spanish bakeries with my mom. The coffee was perfect, and I've been on a coffee break for 6 months and the bread was fresh and hot. I can't wait to go back ---

Great find. Staff was welcoming. Food was tasty. Coffee was what I ordered(harder to do than it sounds) and delicious. I will go back next time I'm in the area. Pictures don't do the sandwich justice. It is pressed like a Cuban so it was thin.
