Paderia Bakehouse

Crema's Take

This independent bakery in Irvine has earned a devoted following for their meticulously crafted pastries that fly off the shelves—their signature egg tarts are so popular they often sell out before closing, though their sea salt chocolate cookies and other fresh-baked goods are equally worth the trip. The staff greets customers with genuine warmth and care, though fair warning: pastry quality comes at a premium price, and service can slow down during busy afternoons. If you're seeking beautifully made baked goods paired with thoughtful drinks like their iced Ube Coconut latte, this is a gem worth seeking out.

Superb bakery that runs out of their most popular items before they close. Wish we could have tried their most popular egg tarts, but they ran out so tried the sea salt chocolate cookie instead, also mindblowingly good. The cookies are shaped like a mountain, giving the center a soft chew and the edges crispy. Super clean and aesthetic interior and friendly staff.

Paderia Bakehouse has really good pastries — super fresh, great texture, and you can tell they put care into everything they make. That said, the pastries are kind of on the pricey side. Worth trying at least once, but just be ready for the higher-than-expected prices.

I have been here before, but I will not be back after today. When I arrived, there was one person waiting for a drink. I ordered, and then the store started to fill up. I sat there for 20 minutes, and by the time I left, everyone who came in after me had already started getting their drinks. After asking twice, I finally got my stuff and left. Mind you, all the food is already made, it's bakery stuff, they are only responsible for drinks. I got into my car and tried to put my box in the passenger seat, only for the bottom to completely give out, and egg-tart crumbs went everywhere. For 4 egg tarts, 1 coffee, and 1 banana pudding, it was $32.00 dollars plus a $4.50 tip. That's almost 40 dollars for bakery goods and mediocre coffee. The staff are not trained, and this place is seriously terrible. Here is a photo for good measure.

Very nice store, little cold for my taste. Fast and friendly service. Good pastries, but it would like to see more variety. For my drink I tried the iced Ube Coconut latte with oatmilk, I liked it. I recommend this place. Clean bathroom, very relaxed atmosphere. Nice background music

I stopped by this bakery while looking for a quick dessert before my flight, and I’m so glad I did. As soon as I walked in, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and were incredibly kind and helpful. I decided to try the protein chocolate chip cookie with nuts, and it was amazing — soft, moist, and full of flavor. The whole place has such a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, making it a comfortable spot to relax for a few minutes. They offer an excellent variety of baked treats, all looking fresh and delicious. It’s definitely a spot worth visiting whenever you’re craving something sweet or just want to enjoy friendly service and quality desserts.
