The first time I ordered it was a great experience. However this second time I am disappointed. I placed an order for their peach tranquilitea and received the wrong flavor! I order through the shop app and have never had any issues in the past. When I reached out via email I did not get a response; I even replied for an update but still have not heard back! I am very disappointed ☹️ I am pretty picky with my tea and I finally found a company that makes great blends but the service is upsetting especially for the price since I live so far away.

I found the online store while looking for a chocolate and strawberry tea (which is weirdly hard to find in the US for some reason???), and now I'm obsessed. I live in California and haven't been in-store, but the online service is almost worryingly good (the shortest order-placed-to-order-shipped time was about 15 minutes, longest was a few hours, and everything has arrived within 2 days even with regular shipping. do you guys ever, like, sleep?!). Everything is delicious and it always comes with samples! Their decaf teas don't have that "decaffeinated" flavor that a lot of commercial (read: cheaper) teas do. My current favs are the chocolate & strawberry, the lemon creme, and the black cherry, but I haven't had a miss from them yet!

I found Tucson Tea 2 years ago when visiting Tucson. Had a nice conversation with the owner and he assured me that they ship. Tucson Tea has been my tea shop since then and they have never disappointed. They always include a sample tea. The prices are good and the shipping is very reasonable. And the personalized thank you with each delivery makes it even more special.

I have never been to your store, but love your tea and was introduced to your tea from my sister-in-law who lives in Tucson and brought her tea with her to visit us here in California. I love how beautifully you blend them together, making unique and wonderful tasting teas. I am a serious tea connoisseur and rarely find such excellent tea makers. Some of my favorites are the Earl Grey cream, the lemon cream, the solid chai, and the Matcha ceremonial.

Update from 2-27-25 I have now completed a couple of online orders with free shipping on orders over $49 from Tucson Tea, each one arrived very quick, correct, and even with samples! Update from 10-11-24: Yvette, the owner, graciously helped me choose several chocolate, caramel, and raspberry teas along with several of the same flavors in non caffeine varieties. I now have the perfect selection for a high caffeine energizing tea in the morning, as well as a non caffeine good night tea before bedtime. She helped me choose teas good for inflammation and educated me regarding teas to help with energy. In addition, I purchased Créme Brulee and White Chocolate Raspberry, two of my favorites from my last visit. Update from 3-24-24: Eddie was exceptionally helpful and educating. He was so patient, as he explained the various teas and even made us samples so that we could understand and choose before making our purchases. I am really new to the whole tea drinking experience, as I never liked "iced tea." After last week's visit, I couldn't wait to come back to select more tea to enjoy hot instead of my usual coffee.
