Crema's Take

Cantean is a genuinely funky coffee house that doubles as a local gathering spot, complete with open mic nights, locally screen-printed merch, and enough cozy corners to settle in for hours. The baristas clearly care about their craft—expect spot-on espresso drinks and creative specials like their celebrated tipsy affogato—though consistency with specialty teas varies. It's the kind of place where you can work, meet friends, or just exist in the welcoming, chill vibe without feeling rushed.

Sweet, funky spot for coffee and lots of other things. True coffee house feel. Drinks were spot on. Wish we had time to hang out in the comfy chairs and take it all in.

Came by Thursday eve and was happily surprised by an open mic. Had a great “tipsy affogato.” Yumm!

The vibes are excellent! A cozy local spot with chill vibes and a welcoming spirit. The barista was awesome and made a perfect latte. Locally screen-printed shirts and trinkets. And, HELLO, biodegradable cups AND LIDS?? YES please!!!

I love this little Cafe. They have great food, wonderful service and a very welcoming and comfortable ambiance. It's a great place to meet a friend for coffee, have a working lunch or relax on the weekends. Personally my favorite is their Rumor sandwich!

We had the mocha and London fog. Mocha was watered down and not great. London fog was decent but not my favorite tea bag. They don't skimp on the milk though which I appreciate! Sandwiches were pretty good, but should've asked to toast the bread. The vibes inside were awesome, super cozy and cute. They had a decent selection of board games, probably around 50. Barista was super nice and sweet. Wait was a little long, maybe 15-20 minutes for everything but they were super busy. Overall, would recommend if you want a cute and cozy place to hang out in, do some work, and play some games!
