Cup O' Joe
2990 N High St, Columbus, OH
Crema's Take
“Cup O' Joe is a welcoming neighborhood spot in Clintonville where the staff genuinely makes you feel like a regular from your first visit, with baristas like Alissa, Christoph, and Bryn known for their warmth and humor. The bright, chic space works equally well for a quick pastry grab or settling in with your laptop for hours, and their outdoor seating makes it an ideal spot for weekend work calls or casual meetups. While their traditional coffee can be inconsistent, they shine with creative options like tropical green tea and matcha tea alongside solid pastries like their bacon cheddar scones.”

I love this place. Today I had tropical green tea
WELCOMING, thats what i always feel when i walk into this coffee shop. But today, 2/13/26, was especially different. With the controversy surrounding their sister store, I was so happy to see the signs on their door about "NO ICE." On top of that, the music they were playing was all in Spanish. While I've never noticed the music since its usually a chill mix, hearing Spanish music all morning made working from there even better. The employees are so sweet and always take their time with each customer even if theres a crazy line. I appreciate that this continues to be a safe space and hope that never changes.
Love Cup O Joe in Clintonville! I go in often to do computer work and I am always greeted with a smile and kiss. Alissa, Christoph and Bryn are always so happy and have the funniest jokes. I hope to work there one day. Big ups to the crew. Your beans are my dreams
The space was so nice. I had high hopes for the coffee but geez o'pete it was a mess. I ordered a cortado. The espresso shot was overextracted-to-the-high-heavens acrid even under the cover of milk. I couldn't do worse if I tried. And it wasn't a one-off, because my two companions also hated their coffees. The workers seemed so unhappy to be there. Must be a mgmt issue.
A cute chic coffee place in the Columbus area. I stopped by in the weekend for my morning coffee and some work call. I got a cup of mocha, and a bacon cheddar scone. I sat outside, and had my zoom call fine, although the outside traffic was a problem. But that has nothing to with the cafe. The coffee was great, and the scone was too good. I would agin go back.
