Crema's Take
“This family-owned Italian coffee shop in Coral Springs is anchored by genuine espresso passion, with staff like Giuliano who treat customers like family and take time to guide newcomers through coffee setup and specialty drinks. Beyond the café experience, they're known for curating a carefully selected range of reasonably-priced Italian espresso machines, making them a destination for people serious about bringing café-quality coffee home. The warm, personal service and slow-paced atmosphere make this feel less like a transaction and more like stepping into someone's living room who happens to be obsessed with great espresso.”

This company's service is absolutely terrible, especially one of the owners, Mimo. I'm sharing my experience because if you're thinking of doing business with them, think twice. I bought an espresso machine from them, paid $2300, and what they sold me was an empty machine. It worked for exactly three months, and when I called to ask for help with the repairs, they answered angrily and hung up on me. I called again, and they didn't answer. I threw away $2300 because the machine was in very bad condition. They had a terrible attitude, and I don't recommend them.
Amazing experience at Victoria L’Originale! Giuliano was incredible — super professional, kind, and genuinely passionate about what he does. From the moment we walked in, he treated us like family. He took the time to explain everything about the espresso machines and their coffee, and you can tell how much pride they put into their work. The whole team at Victoria L’Originale has that welcoming, old-school Italian charm. They even offered my girlfriend and me pizza while we were there — who does that anymore?! It honestly felt like visiting family, not a store. Their coffee is next level too — they roast their own beans and supply over a hundred businesses across Florida. You can really taste the difference. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re into espresso or just want to experience true hospitality.
Stopped by their new location in Pompano for an authentic Italian espresso machine. I received a great machine that will keep the misses far away from Starbucks. I figure at 10$ a day that’s 3650$ she’s spending on cappuccinos.. now this 1000$ machine keeps her in the kitchen and pays for itself
Why doesn’t everyone shop here? I wanted an espresso machine and they have a beautiful assortment. I was so happy to see how reasonable they were priced, I purchased their Italian made machine, they opened my box up and showed me how to use it, I was super nervous being new to it and they took the worry away. I came away with coffee, syrups and cups. The customer service was amazing, I spoke to other customers that come in all the time to purchase coffee they love this place and it’s so nice to support a local family owned business.
Great family owned shop, they spent the time walking a newbie on espresso and coffee related drinks through setup and use of their machines. Highly recommended, great selection, personal service, they even responded on a Sunday when we had questions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
