Mama's Pretzel Kitchen

7007 Sea World Dr, Orlando, FL

Crema's Take

Mama's Pretzel Kitchen is a grab-and-go spot within SeaWorld that delivers warm, freshly baked pretzels as their real claim to fame—the classic salted and cinnamon sugar varieties are where they shine, especially when ordered hot off the line. While the menu extends to quick bites and traditional coffee drinks, the pretzels are what keep people coming back, and the staff genuinely seem to care about getting orders right and keeping the counter bustling. It's the kind of casual, no-fuss spot perfect for fueling up between park attractions with a carb-loaded snack and a straightforward cup of coffee.

Looked at the menu on the Seaworld app and decided to stop here. Note that outside of almost every eatery, they have posted signs directing you to place a mobile order. We went inside and looked in the warm case. I was about to order, when I noticed that they charge $13.99 for the same item that they were only charging $11.99 for on the app. I stepped aside and placed the order on the app, using the service they advertise all over the park to conveniently also save about $6 on our order (We ordered two items and a fountain drink and after tax it was $35 btw). I stepped over to the mobile pick up counter and let the attendant who walked over to me know that I had placed one and she told me, almost yelling at me, that I didn't need to do that because they were standing right there. I tried to explain that it was cheaper on their app, but she didn't seem to care. She was extremely rude unnecessarily, we'd been having a good time up until this and when I spoke I grinned and was not rude to her by any means, so I'm not quite sure why I deserved to be spoken to this way. And then to top off the experience, the food we got was old, stale, and hard. Basically paid $35 to be given garbage and spoken to like I was ignorant for using thier app. Not only would I not return, I would not recommend, I would not even return to the park itself. It was a Wednesday just before 2pm if that helps anyone.

We wanted to order 7 turkey legs but they said they only had 5 and they told me and my family to wait 20-30 minutes but when the time was up the turkey legs where behind the counter and they didn’t want to serve it to us for no reason except rascim, there was a white family behind us and they ordered 2 turkey legs and they wanted to give it to them instead even though we were first and ordered first and waited. Then an employee named Laura came out supposedly trying to resolve the problem but she ended up ignoring what we were saying, kept walking away, ignored us saying to get the manager and didn’t even say a word to us. Very disrespectful, uneducated employees worst place to eat highly do not recommend.

The pepperoni pretzel is basically a pizza with no sauce or flavor. The cinnamon sugar buns are stale and surprisingly not very sugary. Disappointingly bad.

These pretzels take the cake. Whoever Mama is, she sure knows what she’s doing! You can choose from a couple different pretzel options- regular salted, cinnamon sugar, pretzel dog and one other I think. And an accompanying sauce of course. They also give you homemade potato’s chips with the pretzel if you so choose. All da carbs. The pretzels are thick, but light and fluffy. Soft pretzels that melt in your mouth and just make you want more. I had no idea a theme park pretzel could be even half this good, but they impressed! If I ever came back to SeaWorld I’d get a Mama’s pretzel asap!!

Wow this place is great. Pretzels are served hot, and even backed them for me without butter!! Employees are great, hustling and keeping the place clean. Ordered the pretzel with chips (potatoes slices baked) yummy (pictured here). Oh and the rocks on the side of the building were great entertainment for my kids.
