Sharetea Columbus

Disappointing experience. They messed up my order (I ordered mango popping boba--which was the main reason I chose this place--and they gave me regular tapioca pearls) and the customer service was extremely lacking. I walked in and the sole employee was in the far back of the store. He didn't greet me and when I asked if the drink on the counter was mine, he responded, "You're fine." It's the worst tasting taro tea I've had and I regret trying this place.

Pretty solid bubble tea place. Probably one of the best ones in Columbus at this point. Lots of options. The Boba was really good. Chewy but not firm. You can customize your drink a lot to get different toppings and different levels of sweetness. They don't have someone manning a register they only have these tablets out to make your own order. That's a little bit of an inconvenience because you can't pay with cash. The tea also only comes in one size so there's no option for a larger or smaller tea. The tea itself though was pretty good quality.

Great looking restaurant. Clean and welcoming. Great selection although they were missing my choice coconut, I was forced to try something else. Good price for the size of the drink you get. The mix is awesome. I love the milk blend or the tea. I’ve been searching for a go to Bubble Tea place and I think I may have found it. Busy though. I’ve waited up to 30 minuets for two drinks. I’ve spoken to some customer who waited beyond one hour. Trust me, this place gets busy. No joke.

First visit with friends on a Saturday afternoon. The business was good. Quite a few customers were enjoying their drinks in-store. The staff were friendly, quick, patient, and professional. It didn't take much time for me to get my drinks. I ordered their signature drink, QQ Happy Family Milk Tea, which had a variety of toppings in the milk tea. It was a fresh and flavorful drink! I am a Taiwanese and can prove their service and drinks were pretty authentic! I recommend 50% sweetness and less ice because that'd be sweet and cold enough. Also, be sure to ask for a stamp card if you visit for the first time. The card allows you to collect 10 points/drinks until you can get a free one! I would say Sharetea is by far the best bubble tea shop in Columbus!

Best Thai tea, creamy and rich. The amazing thing here is you get to choose the amount of sugar n ice for your drink. Thai tea ice blend is the original you will get here. Nice crowd hanging out here enjoying their flavors of tea. Just a little bit tight space seating. The crew is good, friendly and speedy service as well. This place is busy usually so be ready to stand in a short and sweet line. But its worth standing. Their tea cups, do notice them pls, they are super cool.
