Our favorite place for a clean breakfast. Multiple meals here a week and always consistent. This isn't waffle house or ihop, so if that's what you're looking for -- keep it moving.
Organic, plant based and nutrient dense? Sign me up for a visit to this cafe every time I’m in Aspen/Snowmass. The food is beautiful, fresh, nutritious and tasty! I went for a tofu bowl which included veggies & quinoa - I couldn’t have been happier. Who knew quinoa could taste this good? Not this girl. Everything my partner and I had were cooked and flavored to perfection (he went for the burrito). In some instances the dishes are large and can be eaten for two meals. Prices are on par with the area & the space is definitely popular. There’s lots of seating tho folks enjoy lingering and conversing Our coffee and tea drinks were ok. The food is what will be bringing us back again and again.
Spring Café is a gem in the heart of Aspen for anyone looking for fresh, wholesome food. With a huge vegetarian and vegan menu, it’s hands down one of the best spots in town for plant-based options. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and the atmosphere is clean, bright, and welcoming. Whether you’re fully vegan or just looking for a healthy meal, this place delivers. A must-visit if you’re in Aspen!
Delicious spot to grab a nice lunch. Great selection of vegan items with a few non vegan (egg) things to choose from. The Reuben was fantastic. The Southwest salad met expectations, but honestly, it’s just a salad. A good few deserts to pick from as well. Full coffee and tea bar as well.
This is a good place for vegans and vegetarians in terms of the menu. I love the food - it is fresh, organic, and healthy. Very expensive as well (like everything in Aspen). I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars because the acoustics are so amazingly bad!!! It’s the loudest place you can imagine if you eat inside - even with the big glass doors wide open. You’ll have to yell during a conversation. I got a headache eating my lunch. Next time I’m ordering to go. Sit outside amongst the beautiful flower arrangements if there is availability. The staff does not really care about providing good service, the priority is to keep the orders over the counter coming without any involvement with the customer. It is a fast paced eatery. Something like a Wendy’s for vegetarians but super pricey :)
