We've been loyal customers for years, but lately the service and quality have gone downhill. I had to return because both empanadas were burnt. They offered to remake them but only replaced one, claiming the other was "bitten," which made no sense. The staff even laughed about…
Absolutely delicious cuban sandwiches and very friendly service. My only complaints are that there is nowhere to sit to eat and the coffee was not great. But I would highly recommend if you are looking for a good affordable cuban sandwich to-go only.
Great place to have a quick bite. Me and my husband really liked the egg and cheese sandwich with butter and the coffee. Its not expensive as well. The portion size of the sandwich is really good.
Very friendly people, excellent service. Got a Cuban sandwich and a cafe con leche and both were excellent! Will be back next time I’m in key west
