Crema's Take

Concepts Cafe blends sneaker culture with genuine coffee hospitality in a space that feels more like a creative hangout than a typical shop, where you'll find thoughtfully curated apparel, footwear, and lifestyle goods alongside your espresso. While service can be inconsistent, the shop's unpretentious vibe and interestingly designed interior make it a destination for people who appreciate style and substance beyond just grabbing a quick drink.

I visited store today and I have to say worse experience ever. I walked in there was two gentleman at the door who were engaging in deep conversation and failed to say acknowledge in anyway. There were also two more employees mid stairway who also were engaging in conversation and also failed to say hello or acknowledge anyone in the store. I thought at least there would be a chance to redeem themselves but I guess not. This is totally unacceptable and better training needs to happen with crew members. I will not ever visit this location again.

Wow! Such scorn here. It’s a great sneaker shop, with clothes (and skate stuff). Adjust your expectations for operational excellence. That said, majority of the time I walk in looking for a new pair of fly sneakers, I walk out with at least one. So I’d say the physical property is operationally excellent. Been coming here since it was mainly a skate shop (with a few sneakers and bits of clothing) in a basement. Love to see the come up!

*Note that I am not talking about the quality of products they sell or about their customer service. This store is one of the few FUN & interesting contemporary interiors in town, serving a true fashionable audience.

Cool shop - lots of stuff, from apparel to shoes and candles and other stuff. Not too high end either - sometimes shops like these are unapproachable and this store wasn't at all. Even the staff was friendly which is not usual in most stores that self-identify as being a cool! Would go back. Bought some nice dunks and the prices seemed very reasonable.
