Crema's Take

This warm neighborhood spot in Dupont Circle wins people over with genuinely welcoming staff and an impressive pastry case that's worth the visit on its own—their Danish pastries strike that perfect balance of not-too-sweet indulgence. It's ideal for a quick coffee-and-pastry pit stop or a leisurely breakfast, though fair warning: come hungry for sweets rather than savory options, and embrace the quirky charm of every corner, bathroom included.

Very nice place and great service! The bathroom is quite an adventure, but the breakfast selection is pretty good !

Cute place if you want just pastries and coffee. I really want a breakfast sandwhich or protein though not the place. I forget sometimes I even have to ask smaller shops if they use real cracked eggs or the frozen egg and thin sausage that this one uses so I was disappointed. Ran in, in a rush and got a tea from a friendly staff member and a sandwhich but it’s not the simple real food vibe that’s really all I want for breakfast.

Once you step in, you will be greeted with a smile from the fantastic staff. You will find so many options to satisfy your sweet tooth. I had an Americano and a cinnamon roll, which was recommended by the gentleman working there; it was fresh and perfect. The price was excellent compared to other cafes.

Good place to grab a quick snack. I didn't try the coffee but the cookie I had was great (oatmeal raisin). Service was quick, I didn't have to wait in line. Not a lot of interior seating but there are tables outside.

Excellent place to grab coffee in the morning if you are in the DuPont Circle area. The Danish pastries are a must .Not too sweet but delicious Overall the behavior of the staffs are extremely welcoming. We stayed in the area for 7 days and got our morning coffe and party for snacks pretty much every day.
