Great shake I loved it but most importantly the worker Kitana middagh she made my shake really good she's an excellent worker and has great customer service keep this girl

Shake was good but we weren’t even greeted when we walked in the door or even asked if we needed help with ordering . I don’t think I’ll be back for that reason. If im spending my money on an expensive shake and supporting small businesses, the least customers deserve is a hello? Update- This is how he dealt with my review ! What amazing customer service that is. Swearing and telling customers to shut up. Proves my point above!

Jesse and his team work very hard to deliver a very positive experience. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. You can text your order ahead of time and they will have it ready. I’ve been a customer for years. There is always a friendly face, fresh decor, and new seasonal flavors. This business is owned by a local person and your money supports a local business vs a large franchise. Win-win-win

Great shakes and fast service. Today I was in the loft space working on my laptop when who I assume is the owner and a women walk in and start screaming at each other, talk about how much of a scam herbal life is, and talk poorly about their customers. Such a bummer because I used to love this space. The screaming went on for a good 10min and was quite the distraction from my work. If you are into the drama, might be the place for you.

I usually stop for a shake every morning, absolutely LOVE the gals that work there!!! Always greetings with big smiles, call you by name and seem to always know what shake you’d like. What I can’t understand is their owner/manager Theresa, it’s been three days that they’ve been out of kale. I get this in my shake every day and it’s very disappointing not to have it on hand. This is something so easily remedied. Just can’t understand why she wouldn’t equip her business with items that you could easily purchase at the store.
