Lilly's Laurel Canyon Cafe
2108 Laurel Canyon Blvd, West Hollywood, CA
Crema's Take
“Tucked into the heart of Laurel Canyon, this historic cafe draws regulars who come as much for the genuine warmth of owner Lilly herself as for the excellent coffee and hefty, quality sandwiches. The walls are filled with local art and neighborhood history, creating an inviting space that feels equally suited to a quick caffeine fix or a lingering afternoon conversation. It's the kind of place where you'll want to call ahead to catch them open, but once you do, you'll understand why people keep coming back.”

Finally got a chance to try this historic cafe, and it was worth the wait! Delicious coffee and super friendly service. Every time i’ve tried to come in the past, it was closed, so just call ahead to ensure they’re open. I will def be back!
Stopped and grabbed a couple of sammies and a little egg salad plus a delicious piece of pecan pie for dessert. The sandwiches are mostly cold, large and good value. Good quality meats and cheeses. Very kind and attentive staff. Anyone who has a picture of Bob Marley is ok with me.
I always stop here when on Laurel Canyon. The Highlight is the Beautiful Art Work By Spike in Front of the Store. A long time Resident here. Here are some photos, There is such History here, Framed Rock n Roll Photos hang on the Walls inside. And I got treated to a nice cup of coffee while I went around the store, I picked up some Spaghetti in the Deli while here, and then took a friend on a short tour to see where Jim Morrison used to live near by. Every year photos are taken of the community. And music is well and Alive here.
Stopped at Lilly's on Sat. Jan 25th, while staying on vacation in Laurel Canyon. Lilly was VERY cool, and took the time to talk to us. AWESOME cup of coffee, and neat tables for seating. Keep up the good work Lilly !!!
