Convenient snack bar on the beach. It had grilled cheeses, macaroni and cheese, poutine , and salad options. Lots of snacks and drinks to choose from. The seating area was shaded.
The Kalmus Beach Snack Bar is a great quality concession stand located at Kalmus Beach. In August of 2022, I brought and treated my wife and myself for lunch at the Kalmus Beach Snack Bar, and we found our meals to be extraordinarily tasty and appetizing!!! I ordered and enjoyed a delicious burger with fries while my wife loved her chicken sandwich with fries!!! If you want to have a delicious meal at a beach side restaurant, then definitely visit and dine at the Kalmus Beach Snack Bar!!!
Looks like a small golf club bldg but once inside it's an all beach atmosphere!! Nice menu and perfect covered table area to eat with nice views! If you go in late evening stay on beach fort sunset 👍🌄
Loved Kalmus beach, it's quite and peaceful. I almost, stepped on a jelly fish. It's amazing. The water, was kind, of chilly as was the beach. It was still beautiful. Loved it, in love.
Pretty nice spot. Beautiful view of the area and fabulous walk around the peninsula. Cool rock barrier to hang/walk on and plenty of parking. Showers and restrooms available, and concession stand during certain times. Life guards on duty on both sides of the beach. The beach itself wasn’t all that great —very full of pebbles and shells but definitely a spot worthy of a visit —and a sunset/rise, too.
