Crema's Take
“Nazca Coffee is a bustling neighborhood gathering spot where Hailey Coffee Company's beans shine alongside craveable breakfast fare like their standout breakfast burritos with house-made salsa and creative smoothies that keep regulars coming back. The spacious, welcoming interior and genuinely kind staff make it easy to linger over coffee and conversation, though you might want to arrive early to beat the weekend rush. They've clearly thought about inclusivity too, offering thoughtful options like gluten-free bagels and paleo items alongside their solid traditional menu.”

Great place to grab a bite and coffee. Service was excellent food prep, breakfast burrito and avocado toast with an egg. Coffee by Hailey Coffee Company was exceptional - we purchased two bags to take home
I genuinely enjoy the smoothies that I get at this coffee shop in fact I even go out of my way on the weekends to get myself the smoothie but the wait times for this shop is insane. Every time I order at the drive thru or even inside the shop it takes over 15 minutes for one drink. Mind you the times I am going in to order or drive through I am maybe one of the only people in the shop or in the drive thru. You guys need to evaluate your wait times for the drive thru as well as inside. Today I went to get a smoothie after my work out and sat in the drive thru window waiting to order. Over 10 minutes went by before I decided to pull up to the actual window where I sat longer. Finally almost 17 minutes of sitting waiting just to order my drink a woman informs me that they are too busy with other orders and asked if I could go inside to order after I’ve already been sitting there. I said no thank you as o was appalled by that response and instead of apologizing for the wait for that she won’t take my order she just said okay and closed the window. Owners and managers of this shop need to do better I put up with it due to me liking this particular smoothie but the disregard to customers in the drive thru is not okay. Also time management for your baristas should be re evaluated.
I went hungry today, and wanted something flavorful! I ordered the classic breakfast burrito, and it was delicious!! Warm, with a great depth of flavor - and the house made salsa is 🔥!! Exactly what I needed, I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! The staff is always super friendly, and the vibe is cozy and quaint! Love this place🙌🏻🤍🙌🏻🤍
Honestly, the coffee was pretty mid. I just got a drip and it was kinda bad or maybe terrible? The staff was super nice though and let us stay past closing hours. The interior is big (low key smelled like fish and was super hot in there), but I think those kinds of kinks will work themselves out (I HOPE). I’ll try to come back and support them if I’m up in that area because Meridian NEEDS more independent coffee shops that are open late!
We enjoyed a tasty brunch here. There are many gluten-free options including gluten-free bagels and toast as well as paleo items. The Jordan is a generous serving of food. The bagels were delicious with fresh basil. All of the coffee is organically grown. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio on a beautiful day. Friendly service with a smile.
