I visited this tea room yesterday and overall had a really lovely experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and you can tell care goes into the preparation. The lemon raspberry scone was perfectly made — tender, flavorful, and easily one of the highlights. They also offered some gluten-free options, which I appreciated, and had plenty of sugar alternatives available for tea. Service was wonderful. The servers were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. Our food came out quickly, and the tea was served nice and hot — exactly how it should be. That said, it is a bit more expensive than other tea rooms I’ve visited, especially considering the smaller portion sizes. The overall quality of the tableware and serving pieces didn’t quite match the price point. The china cups were plain (part of the fun of tea service is drinking from beautiful floral cups!), and the three-tiered trays were lightweight plastic rather than something more elegant. The space itself was very clean and decorated nicely, which added to the ambiance. However, the tables were quite close together, and with limited sound-absorbing materials, conversations became loud and the background music was hard to hear. There were green dividers in some sections, and it might have felt more relaxed if guests were spread out instead of concentrating seating in one area while other sections remained empty. Overall, a very positive experience with delicious food and excellent service — just a few atmosphere and presentation details that, if elevated, would make it a five-star visit. I would definitely return.

Beautiful Tea Room. Space for baby or bridal showers. Even a birthday party. We gadgets a party of 4, our table was a bit small but we made it work. Treats come on a 3 tier platter, tea comes iced or in a pot with a very generous amount of tea. The desserts were 10/10. The waiters were all extremely attentive. The only problem was the bathroom situation. There's only 2, each a single toilet. Not enough for the nearly 125+ patrons.

This was my first time to a tea room and I wasn't sure what to expect. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning, it felt like a garden Oasis. The service was excellent.. kind, friendly, patient, and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious as well. The desserts melted in my mouth, flavor combinations were paired beautifully, and I was stuffed halfway through the afternoon tea. Absolutely incredible experience and I will be making this a regular stop anytime I travel this direction.

⭐☆☆☆☆ First time visiting Tea Rose Garden. The place is very cute, and the aesthetic is definitely there. Food was just okay. Unfortunately, the table we were given was extremely small for the amount we ordered, it technically seats four, but realistically only works if you’re just having tea. We noticed a larger setup (two tables put together) right next to us that also seated four. After about 30 minutes, we politely asked the hostess if we could switch, but she declined without explanation. Instead, she brought us a small side table that really didn’t help. The frustrating part was that the table we requested remained unused the entire time we were there, and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. The hostess (young, dark hair, glasses, light complexion) was the main reason this was our first and last visit. Poor service can really ruin an experience.

This place is serving! The aesthetic gives Bridgerton. I felt like the restaurant came out of a little fairytale book!! I love the servers as well, so helpful and recommended tea and pastries and answered a million and one questions. Servers are patient and so welcoming that I would definitely come back! When I was there I saw people of all age groups, everyone is super respectful towards the setting of the place, no one was loud. Eating here felt super peaceful, the cucumber sandwiches were amazing… and paired with the signature rose black tea.. delightful!!!! I ordered the tea garden tray, some extra eclairs, and a small bag of tea (since I fell in love with the taste of the tea prepared for me)… all in all it was about $60 bucks or so. It’s a very light and refreshing afternoon snack. The ambience is what really sets the mood. There is street parking available and a parking garage super close, so parking is relatively easy to find. I think the garage structure next door charges like $15 for the day. It’s perfect for like a girls brunch, dates, or events.
