Brew Ha Ha!

I received a text my online order was ready. I arrived and was told they didn’t have what I had ordered.

The coffee was as expected, the biscuit was yummy. The problem, 2 biscuits were ordered and paid for. I checked the bag and saw one so I gave it to the cashier and told her that one was missing. She took the bag and about 2 minutes later gave it back. I said thanks and went back to the other building, opened the bag and only 1 biscuit. I could not get through to them on the phone, the line rang busy and then dropped

Honestly my expectations for a hospital coffee shop were pretty low, but I was surprised by how high quality and delicious the drinks have been. It's been so nice to have a good spot to go to while visiting a loved one in the hospital. The staff are really friendly. Highly recommend.

I can only say that things haven’t been the same! The lead of the store tries to accommodate errors but it’s very hard to keep coming back for errors when you have to get on the floor and work! Hoping for change soon, thanks for all you do!

This place is EXTREMELY dirty! These are legitimate images of their work space and where they keep their food storage. The photos with the messy floor are of their storage room located next to the trash. Everything smells like trash in their room and there were dead bugs everywhere. I am shocked that they can allow this to happen at a hospital.
