Crema's Take

Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters has earned a loyal following in East Longmeadow for its thoughtfully crafted espresso drinks and surprisingly excellent sandwiches that regulars rave about as some of the best around. While service can be inconsistent and prices run a bit high, the cafe's welcoming vibe and quality-focused approach to both coffee and food keep people coming back weekend after weekend, especially once you've claimed one of the coveted tables in this deservedly popular spot.

One of me and my boyfriend's favorite local cafes that we frequent almost every weekend. The staff is kind and hardworking and genuine. As we have become regulars, the quality and welcoming environment as only gotten better. The smoothies they offer especially the Nutty Nanner smoothie is delicious as well as once a while have a set of seasonal drinks and their sandwiches are delicious as well! Definitely recommend them. As a treat and to support a local place in between Dunkin and Starbuck runs lol.

1st time try and definitely gunna remember this spot. Got a peppermint mocha coffee regular which was good, my preference is sweeter which is on me not them so 5 star coffee. But the sandwich is what got me, generous bacon, double egg, and cheese with an amazing secret sauce that went well with the jalapeño chedda bagel. Wish I could the sandwich more than 5 stars. Thank you for the fresh start to my day on the road as a truck driver 👍🫡

Food is good, drink quality and service not so much. Got a text that my order was ready, came in 10 mins after and my food was on the counter but not my drink. Barista was standing with her arms crossed and had to request that she made my drink (which I was under the impression was made 10 mins prior). Was excited to try the holiday specials but they aren’t served as advertised. They’re happy to up charge you for toppings but less than thrilled if you ask for them to actually put them on your drink. Pictures of what I ordered and what I was given. Sad :(

Definitely a popular spot! Ample parking but you’ll have to snag a table as soon as one opens up. Service was some of the most lackluster around - just a glare while typing in the order - no hey, welcome in, enjoy - nothing. Drinks were decent. Not the place to read or get work done but nice for a quick catch up with a friend.

In the top 3 most flavorful quality sandwiches I've ever had. Portions are small for the price (4 dollar Small iced tea, 10 dollar grilled cheese), which is why I took off one star. The sandwiches are small but they are mighty in taste and quality. Super friendly staff and a cute outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs (no tables, really more for drinks). Convenient location. Dairy free smoothie options. Would have liked a bag for our to-go order since the pickles leaked juice in my car. Definitely a here and there treat due to the price but one that's absolutely worth it.
