Crema's Take
“FestiviTEA Company is a warmly curated tea sanctuary where owner Margo's genuine hospitality shines as brightly as her thoughtfully sourced tea selection and exceptional Scottish shortbread and maple pecan scones. The "snug" atmosphere invites you to linger with your perfectly paired cream tea and matcha, whether you're meeting a friend or settling in with your laptop for a slow afternoon. This is the kind of neighborhood gem where the owner remembers what you love and the baked goods taste like they were made with actual care.”

The owner is so nice and helpful. Very simple but extremely relaxing environment. Love the many options of tea and other items. Wonderful baked goods especially shortbread cookies from Scotland. 😋 This is an amazing tea shop that also has a lot of monthly classes of various types such as watercolor painting, knitting, creating your own journal and many other classes. All classes come with tea & a baked good. Great place to unwind and relax in a healthy way. Oh and YES, it's very affordable!! 😀 You can get two cups of tea for about $3.50. all their tea are loose leaf teas. They even let me pick between two types of cups. A teacup or a coffee mug. I love all types of tea so of course I chose the coffee mug because that's what I use at home since they're larger and enjoyable. Can't wait to go back and just unwind and relax. May even take one of their classes. There are two places you can go for a formal English tea experience, but they are VERY expensive and who wants to spend about $55 to $75 dollars to have a tea time experience per person. I searched for many years for tea shops in Colorado Springs and only found one other on Colorado boulevard. Although that's nice this tea shop in my opinion is better because you can actually sit down and relax read a book (the owner has a rack of all kinds of books that you can peruse), bring your own book, have a tea party with Friends or kids etc. I actually stumbled upon this tea shop by accident. And I'm so glad that I did. Definitely visit. When you do let the owner know that Mia referred you by way of her review. Honestly there are many different styles of tea businesses and they all have their own goodness. It really boils down to what you're looking for. FestiviTea in my opinion is a very nice local Colorado Springs tea shop that you can go to on an ongoing basis because of the affordability, variety, abundant activities through classes, and because it's designed for community for tea lovers or even simply those that are interested in tisanes and tea. I will definitely be making this tea company and shop my go to place for a nice relaxing treat to myself.
I love coming into this boutique and tea shoppe, especially to relax in the snug. The owner and her staff are delightful and always welcoming. The tea options are delicious and I especially love her Christmas tea blends. She has fun vendors in the shop with unique items and always carries a tasty variety of treats. The events and classes are also fun and I have very much enjoyed some of the mystery game nights and the book club meetings for Jane Austen! I highly recommend it as a place to relax and decompress.
FestiviTea is an incredible tea shop!! Besides the wonderful selection of tea, Margo has a delicious array of baked goods. The maple pecan scones are the best! The shop has a mellow vibe with an emphasis on community. Margo supports local artists and the shop has a ton of gift choices. FestiviTea also offers a wide variety of classes, including flower arranging, watercoloring, journaling, knitting, and cookie decorating. This shop is a weekly stop for me. A great place to enjoy tea and make new friends!!
This tea shop is a great find! The owner Margo, is very warm, friendly and inviting and so is the environment. The shop has a good variety of teas and treats, and there are a multitude of events held at the tea shop. They have everything from book club to water color classes. Festivitea is also a great place to shop for friends and family. In addition to their teas they have items from local vendors for sale. I love stopping in for a mug and a scone, chatting with Margo, and checking out the monthly calendar.
Fun place to have some tea and eat some scones. I had cream tea with caramel chai and was quite pleased with the complimentary taste between the scones and tea. My wife had pumpkin cheesecake and enjoyed it quite a bit. Afternoon tea is available but you need to call to reserve your spot. Tons of variations of tea available. American scones with English clotted cream makes for a very sweet dessert! Military discount is available. Plenty of tables available for walk in customers. Great place to chat and relax, will be coming back again!
