Village Coffee and Goods
17 Railroad Ave #102, Hudson, NY
Crema's Take
“Village Coffee and Goods is Hudson's go-to for serious breakfast sandwiches—think crispy, pillowy bread paired with quality fillings like ham and cheese—which rival the espresso drinks that anchor their menu. The vibe is genuinely welcoming and unhurried, the kind of neighborhood spot where regulars and weekend visitors alike linger comfortably, and their pastry selection (especially the gluten-free options) deserves its own reputation. If you're in the area expecting just coffee, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much the food actually matters here.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Excellent coffee. I appreciated that my quiche was warmed up in an oven and it was delicious. The customers were as friendly as the staff, just a really pleasant experience for my first visit!

The sandwiches here are phenomenal—the bread is crispy, fluffy, and light, and the apple slices add a bright, fresh touch. Very satisfying breakfast. Personally I also appreciate the service here, it is calm and attentive without being overbearing.
Amazing breakfast options. It was so hard to choose! We ended up getting a delicious ham and cheese croissant, and eggs on toast. Both were stunning. The coffee is also outstanding. Shout out to the barista for the lovely latte art on my flat white. Would definitely come here…
