Really great ice cream but horrible customer service which doesn't make you want to come back. They should just change the hours to close earlier if they don't feel like working at night time. Instead they keep their "close at 10" hour but will lock the door to keep their customers out and if you somehow get in they'll make a face and have an attitude for just going inside before 10pm. If the workers have a problem with the hours they should talk to their boss not take it out on the customers.

Today is my birthday, 09/26/2025, and I was treated to a cup of some of the most Delicious ice cream I have ever had. It was a coconut and nut combo. OMG. My credit union, Florida West Coast CU in Carrollwood treated me today and I am so grateful to them for introducing me. I live near Brandon, but this is worth the drive for a special treat. 😉🥰

Over 30 flavors of paletas, another 20/30 flavors of ice cream and tasty mexican snacks & drinks. I definitely think they should get a bigger sign or advertise this place more because from the road you can't see this place. Hidden gem and totally worth it for the unique flavors!
