Crema's Take
“787 Coffee is a vertically integrated specialty roaster that grows its own Central and South American beans, bringing that authentic regional character into every cup alongside creative signature drinks like their tres leches iced coffee. The baristas here take genuine pride in their craft—you'll notice it in the thick, velvety foam on their cappuccinos and the thoughtful flavor combinations they've developed—while the cozy, uniquely decorated space and genuinely warm staff make it equally perfect for focused work sessions or catching up with friends.”

The vibe is cool the decor and setting overall is cool it was chill while I was here they just opened up so give them a chance . The prices I think are a little to much a Mazzapan Latte $9 if you add the rum infused it’ll be $11 and the chicken empanada is cool but small and not worth $6 . If you’re a coffee lover this place is themed like Puerto Rico and the coffee style is like Puerto Rican style if that makes sense on here . The latte I got wasn’t to sweet it was good the empanada cool but wouldn’t get again to small for the price . Overall over priced good coffee cool vibe worth a visit . Service was quick it was empty when I got here . Receipt attached .
Very nice unique coffee shop: vertically integrated -- they grow their own beans etc. My experience Pros: Great flavor mixes and a uniquely Central/S American vibe. I will note the iced is served in a bag (again the s American exp) and is 12oz rather than 8oz like most coffee shops. We thought our coffee was a little under flavored (this is partially bc the extra coffee/milk). I got my ice mazapan w 1.5x sweetener/flavoring, and the hot Coquito w 2x and that solved everything. The guys behind the bar were very kind and let us up the flavoring by .5x each time till we enjoyed it. --- Don't be scared to ask if they can do anything to make the drink better. Cons: The pastry was underflavored (cheese crossant thing). Also the pricing was bit of a sticker shock 8$ for it. 2 drinks and 1 pastry came out to 30$ or more w tax....
Had a cappuccino here and it was fantastic. Thick foam, great texture, and you could see the barista actually taking pride in the cup. I’ll be coming back.
This place is great to grab coffee with friends or by yourself! The space is cozy and the decorations are so cool! The staff is super friendly, I was served by Gabi and her energy and attitude puts a smile on anyone's face. The coffee tastes so good and their pastry selection accompanies the coffee perfectly. Highly recommend this spot for other fellow coffee lovers!
This coffee shop is amazing! Ordered the tres leches iced coffee and it was amazing. Kevin and Camilla were so nice and sweet! Helped me with the menu and told me a little more about the shop! The upstairs patio is perfect for a morning work date and overall just amazing experience. I’ll be back!
