Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii

although it’s set in what looks like a warehouse, I enjoyed the music and chill vibe. their coffee is not too milky and sweet imo! just how I prefer it. the syrup flavors and sugariness of their lattes balance out the bitter coffee. outdoor seating is a big plus, esp in the cooler months.

What a little gem this place is. I’ve driven by so many times but never had a chance to stop. I’m happy I did this morning. I’m very finicky when it comes to coffee and this place pleasantly surprised me. In total we ordered 2 cold - 1 hot coffee and 1 smoothie. All were great. (Probably my favorite smoothie spot now tbh.) We got some donuts and a scone as well, yummy. But what made our visit even that much better was the barista Ayvah! I hope the owners of this place realize what a diamond in the rough she is! So nice to interact with a young person with a great personality and great customer service. We will definitely be back.

Hidden Gem for Hawaiian Coffee! (Located in a Salon Complex) Palette Collective I recently found a fantastic little coffee spot, and while it's tucked away inside a salon complex, it's absolutely worth seeking out! If you're looking for authentic Hawaiian coffee, this is the place. My server, Miss Aloha R., was incredibly sweet and provided excellent recommendations. I tried their seasonal drink, the Maple Wave Latte, and it was really good. Had iced coffee ice cubes!!!!! The balance in their coffee is spot-on—mine was great: not overly sweet, not overwhelmingly caffeinated, and had just the right mix of half-and-half. They have a ton of other good drink options too, which I look forward to trying! My medium latte was reasonably priced at \$6.00. The one thing to note is that this is definitely a grab-and-go spot. Seating is very limited inside, so plan to sit outside or take your drink with you. Overall, the quality of the coffee and the amazing service from Miss Aloha R. make this a must-visit. Highly recommend stopping by!

Stopped in to try Bad Ass. It just right inside the lobby of Pallette Collective. The barista was sweet and offered great suggestions. We tried the three waves and beach bliss iced version. I was hoping for more macadamia nut flavor, something to remind me of Hawaii but it was mild. Still a good cup of coffee. The coffee ice cubes are a nice touch in the phoenix heat. Coffee didn't taste watered down after 10 minutes.
