Barista Parlour

Crema's Take
“Barista Parlour is a sprawling, convivial spot that doubles as both a coffee destination and full-service pizzeria, making it perfect for lingering over a specialty drink and a slice with friends or family. The spacious, open layout feels welcoming whether you're catching up over late-night coffee, grabbing happy hour drinks before a show at the nearby KFC Yum Center, or settling in for a full meal with local craft brews on tap. While service can be inconsistent, the combination of quality food, friendly staff, and generous space makes it a genuine neighborhood gathering place that goes well beyond typical coffee shop fare.”

Came in to pick up a pizza on a late Sunday night. It was pretty quiet, the place was huge, lots of staff, but pizza came out quick while I watched some NFL on the TV. Seems like a great spot to eat pizza and watch sports. The pepperoni pizza was good!
Wandered in here on our way to a concert at KFC Yum Center. Pizza was good, happy hour prices excellent. Service was ok.
Food was excellent but service was extremely slow. There was a 30 minute wait to get in, no big deal. However, once seated, no server came to us for 20 minutes. Finally the hostess said I'll serve you and took our order. She was very friendly but only came back once with the drink and then with the food. Needless to say we got there at 8pm and we were the last ones out of the restaurant. The wings and CBR pizza were incredible though!
In town for a week and we spent multiple days here. Mostly for the adult beverages but we did try the parlour pepperoni bombs and the wings, both were so good. Staff was friendly lots of local brews to choose from.
Stopped here for a dinner meal yesterday. It was close by and filled my pizza need. The venue was large and open. Lots of space you won’t feel cramped in here. The service was quick and polite. There are many pizza choice options I crated my own mix. Convert your pie to a calzone easily. My waiter was new. First day serving and he did an amazing job. I thanked him upon exiting. The good was prepared fresh and quickly. It looked good and texture was good. I was not a fan of the red sauce but you might be. It was a bit on the spicy side and I prefer a milder sauce. Overall a good experience.
