Amazing service. Had both of my bikes (and me) fitted by Lyle. Wish I had done that years ago! No more guessing. Way more comfortable rides. I feel way more control on the MTB (had that and my gravel bike adjusted). If you've considered a professional fitting, talk to Lyle.

In the past two years or so, I have purchased a bike (Matt) , had my mountain bike serviced (Zach) , got a bike fit (Lyle), and had a few really good espresso drinks. High quality services, and Ive always had them try to explain things to me in a clear way to a fairly novice rider/ bike tinkerer. I keep coming back!

Great bike shop! I went in for a bike fit with Lyle. Prior to this, I was having knee and wrist pain while riding. Lyle was super helpful, and now I am riding pain free! I just completed a two week bikepacking trip with no issues. Great experience, great coffee. Would 100% recommend.

Zack did an amazing job on my custom Santa Cruz mtb build and ride wrap install. Alot of shops won’t even do the wrap because it’s too difficult; But the wrap job looks absolutely flawless! Zack got the bike setup and fitted perfectly for me and even helped get my pedal pins and shoes cleats set perfectly. Super thankful for this shop! Great coffee and fun group rides through the year.

The team at Gravelo is TOP NOTCH. Matt spent time with me talking about carbon wheels and explaining all the ins and outs. Sam did an amazing job getting my bike dialed in and topped it off with a super nice polish finish. He spent time answering all my questions and explained everything in a super easy way to understand. That is one of the most important things to me when working with a bike shop. I am limited in my knowledge of bike maintenance but I enjoy learning and asking questions and Sam was very gracious with his time and knowledge. I've visited a fair share of shops in the area and Gravelo has been far and away my best experience and I would highly recommend them for any maintenance or gear or pretty much anything bike related. And they have amazing coffee! Thanks Gravelo!!
