Corvus Coffee Roasters
1557 Logan St, Denver, CO
Crema's Take
“Corvus's Denver location is a jewel-toned sanctuary where coffee becomes an experience rather than a quick caffeine fix—order a flight tasting or their legendary Kyoto Cold Brew and settle into the luxe, comfortable seating that makes lingering feel natural. Beyond expertly pulled espresso, they've recently launched an elegant craft cocktail program and offer thoughtfully curated offerings like their Red Sun Geisha coffee tastings, positioning this roastery as a destination for serious coffee exploration rather than a grab-and-go stop.”

This location feels so luxurious. The decor is lots of jewel tones and gold. It makes for such a nice escape from work to visit Corvus and have a Kyoto Cold Brew (10/10). They have a craft cocktail menu I havent tried yet but will explore soon. And the pastries smell divine. The service is always warm and friendly.
This Corvus location is amazing!! I’ve had many a latte and the espresso is delicious. They just launched their cocktail program and the bartender Natti has designed some incredibly elegant cocktails. Worth visiting for both coffee and cocktails!! Lots of cute places to sit and work or chat as well.
The best coffee roaster in Denver (imo) just opened a new location and it’s fantastic. Shares the lobby with Novel apartments but is clearly a Corvus location with comfy seating and great vibe. I studied for several hours in a booth seat this morning sipping a great thermal shock Colombian espresso.
Went for THE coffee experience. Ordered two flights and iced coffee with three baked items. Spent over $100! The price is the downside. For that price, receiving the iced coffee in a plastic cup, creamer in a paper cup, and sweetener in packets felt more like a gas station experience. Beautiful environment and good coffees. Parking is a challenge.
We came to this location of Corvus because of the Red Sun Geshas coffee tasting set. It's a 3 set of different coffees for $29. Parking outside is on the street. Coming in, the store is located within a nice apartment building it seemed. They have a variety of different seating options, a fire place, and a clean bathroom. There is one server working when we came in. Her name is Micky, she was helpful and patient in guiding us towards which coffee/pastry to get. She also guided us on the coffee set, and brought it to where we were sitting. Overall, enjoyed the experience and would come back again.
