Neon Cowboy
300 S Logan St, Denver, CO
Crema's Take
“Neon Cowboy has earned serious devotion for its exceptional fried egg breakfast sandwich on brioche that reviewers keep coming back to—one enthusiast even rewrote their review multiple times with new thoughts on each bite. Beyond the pastries and full breakfast menu, this Denver gem excels at what matters most to coffee snobs: a decaf espresso that's genuinely worth ordering, all served in a warmly run space by owner Chef Mike that works equally well for a quick morning stop or a lingering sit.”

The fried egg sando is stupid good. Third time editing my review because I have a new thought every time I take another bite: Would submit for best bfast sandwich in Denver. The brioche is insanely soft. I’m going to be real sad when I have no more sandwich left.
Neon Cowboy is an amazing new spot that truly does it all—great morning coffee, delicious food, and cocktails later in the day. The service is excellent from the moment you walk in. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which makes it a place you want to keep coming back to. Chef Mike absolutely crushed it during the Mardi Gras event—the po’ boys (short-rib, chicken, and artichoke) were incredible and easily some of the best I’ve had. It’s also a very family-friendly space, which makes it even more special. What really sets Neon Cowboy apart is how community-driven they are. They actively support local non-profits and create memorable experiences through collaborations with Ella’s Events and SoFar Sounds. You can feel the heart behind this place. Highly recommend stopping by and supporting a spot that’s clearly doing things the right way.
Cowboy Neon is an absolute gem. The service is warm and welcoming, the prices are fair, and the location makes it the perfect stop whether you’re starting your day or just need a break. The coffee is top quality and the food is just as impressive — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. You can really feel the good energy in the space. If you’re into great vibes, great people, and seriously good coffee, this spot is a must
If you’re a coffee snob like me, you know it’s a good sign when the decaf espresso is amazing. Best I’ve had. The food did not disappoint either. The Go Cup is the most delicious thing I’ve had for breakfast in a long time. It has hunks of very sourdough bread in it, and the most delicious gravy. I got mine with sausage but usually it has bacon on top. It’s the type of thing you want to keep eating even after you’re full. They have a cute bar and I hear they’ll eventually have live music. Owner is very neighborly, and is always there. Bike parking is available south of the building, along Logan Street. Or across the street at Chipotle.
Awesome local coffee shop. Had the breakfast sandwich, cinnamon roll, and lattes — no time for photos, the food was too good! Love the interior of the space, and the owner (Chef Mike) was nice enough to spend some time talking with us about all things cooking and sourdough :) Excited to come back in the evening and try their cocktails!
