Crema's Take

Tucked into the heart of Taos Plaza, this warm neighborhood cafe draws locals and visitors alike with its commitment to organic, house-made everything—from bone broth and sourdough to their standout energy herbal tea blend. The unhurried, dog-friendly atmosphere and genuinely attentive service make it the kind of place where you'll want to linger over breakfast, knowing your bacon biscuit sandwich and coffee are made with real care and sourced from small local makers whenever possible. Fresh flowers on the tables, gluten-free options, and a low-key vibe that feels authentically local rather than polished round out the experience.

Beautiful place, delicious food and great service! The bacon biscuit for breakfast was great! The coffee is perfect! For lunch had the one bowl meal, which was so so good (and vegetarian). Love that they use local, fresh ingredients!

Been here three times, three times a success! First day they allowed us to bring our dog inside for a hot drink. (The energy herbal tea blend is amazing.) The bacon biscuit sandwich was AMAZING! So much flavor! Always friendly, even when it's busy.
