Friendly baristas who know their stuff, fresh pastries, and solid options like cold brew and matcha too. Tucked in Rancho Mission Viejo but totally worth the trip—clean, welcoming, and one of the best coffee experiences in South OC!

I adore this place. I’ve been coming for years now and recently have started increasing my visits due to proximity certain days of the week. They’re always friendly and kind; it helps make my day that much brighter when I come in and get to have a little chat with whoever takes my order behind the bar. Our decaf Americanos always hit the spot. No notes.

We had a Latte $5.75 , Flat White$5.25 and Breakfast burrito $12.50 Quick service, friendly staff, and melodic folk music suited the space. Stop in for a visit!

I've been looking for a chill and cute coffee spot for a while in the area and Canyon Coffee is it. I ordered the matcha latte with vanilla or pumpkin and it was great! The pastry and dessert options are good too. There's indoor and outdoor spaces available to read or work. Solid wifi. Highly recommend!
